Having worked as a personal trainer for 8 years since graduating with a BSc in Sports Science and Dance Studies I have helped a wide range of clients of all ages feel, look and perform better. By promoting a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise, my ultimate goal is to help others feel fitter and stronger. Specific exercise programming leads to improvement in performance in sport and exercise goals as well as enhancing everyday functioning.
I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (Advanced Instructor Level 3) and as a fully qualified STOTT PILATES® instructor and Sports Massage Therapist (MSMA) I specialise in core stability and lower back pain prevention. Using my extensive experience and knowledge I can help you feel better, look better, have fun and get the results you want!
Other qualifications include: Premier Personal Training - Movement Based Postural Assessment, Corrective Exercise & Flexibility Prescription, Movement Based Anatomy; Chek Institute - Swiss Ball Training and Program Design; Boxercise Instructor; Freestyle Fitness Yoga Instructor.
