I am a STOTT PILATES® instructor having trained in London and at the Stott Pilates headquarters in Toronto.
I was first exposed to pilates whilst studying for a Sports Science and Dance Degree at Roehampton University, London. Since graduating 8 years ago I have worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor and, for the last four years have been regularly teaching group and one-to-one pilates sessions, from beginner to advanced level.
Pilates is a great strength training option for men and women of all ages and fitness levels because a programme can be customised to each individual’s body and specific needs.
